This is the reason why Indians should stop alcohol





“You’re not a man or a grown up if you don’t drink”… comments like these are used to encourage non drinkers to start consuming alcohol here. Some present with the list of ‘benefits’ of alcohol like reduction of the risk of heart disease, feeling warm, sense of pleasure etc. Then you start to think, is it really THAT bad as you hear? Then you get to hear that it damages liver and other organs, affects psychological health and increases risk of dying. This is confusing! “Nevermind I’ll join my friends.. “and there one more added to the list! :)

Running is the most common exercise which is part of every fitness routine. In the armed forces, it is stressed upon a lot besides other core exercises. For others, running is accepted as the best and easiest way to get back in shape, that is, if you manage to convince yourself to go for it regularly :)

Why some people don't get fat even when they eat a lot?





We know what is fat!

Though very disgraced, the fat is an important nutrient, for it provides the energy reserve for the body. Several fatty acids are required by the body which it can’t produce itself, so it relies on external sources. Fat absorbs the much needed vitamins A, D, E, and K. It also keeps the skin and our hair healthy and protects the organs.

Why do I feel seasick?




Introduction

Whenever we meet any mariner, one of the questions which we definitely ask from him is the “Are you sea sick?” All of us who have sailed on ships do experience it initially upto varying extents. We feel like doing vomiting, feel dizzy unable to balance ourselves, find a corner or a seat to sit and hold our head. Thought comes- what the f&%*k is happening with me?”
